CARBON CAPTURE STORAGE

The talk about 'Carbon Capture Storage Talk’ is an initiative by AAPG UM SC 21/22 for undergraduates to enhance knowledge and interest regarding this topic. Additionally, it is an important method for capturing carbon dioxide (CO2) before it enters the environment to reduce CO2 emissions from heavy industry in order to minimize the impact of climate change.

Introducing our speaker for this event, Mr Serge Jean is a Professional Geophysicist and SPE Certified Engineer which is currently the managing director at ALECA Sdn Bhd with over 25 years of international experience. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Geophysics) from the University of Saskatchewan. He has been a technical and commercial leader in the energy industry, software developer & green economy advocate.
